Returns
30‑Day Money Back Returns — You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to request a return. Before sending anything back, please contact us so we can attempt to resolve any issues first.
We accept returns only if the item is not as described or not suitable for its intended use. We cannot accept returns for change‑of‑mind purchases. All returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in a condition suitable for resale.
Refunds
Once your item arrives back with us, we will inspect it and notify you that it has been received. After inspection, we will confirm whether your refund has been approved.
Approved refunds are processed to your original method of payment. Refunds typically appear within 7 days, depending on your bank or card provider. Refunds apply to the cost of goods only; shipping charges are not refundable under any circumstances.

You are responsible for the cost of returning your item. Return shipping fees are non‑refundable.
