Flail Mower – 1500mm Cutting Width, 24 Forged Hammers, Cat 1 Linkage

The Millers Falls FIEFGC155 Flail Mower is a heavy‑frame attachment suited to tractors in the 30–60HP range. The mower uses 24 forged hammer flails mounted on a 108mm rotor to process grass, undergrowth and scrub into fine material suitable for rapid decomposition.

The mower connects via a Category 1 three‑point linkage and is powered by the tractor’s 540 RPM PTO. A heavy‑duty gearbox drives the rotor through a three‑belt system. The rear roller stabilises the mower across uneven ground and assists in maintaining a consistent cutting height.

The cutting chamber includes intake safety flaps and a rear discharge roller. The forged hammer flails support controlled cutting in scrub, roadside vegetation, fence lines and general paddock maintenance.
