Delivery & Pickup Options

Home Delivery - Choose this option to have your order delivered directly to your address. For items over 30kg, a tail lift truck is required for unloading, and someone must be available to receive the delivery.

Business Delivery - This option is available for delivery to a local business address with forklift or loading dock facilities. A "local business" refers to a workplace within town boundaries that operates during regular business hours. Please note, farms and residential addresses are excluded.

Delivery to Remote Areas - If couriers typically do not deliver to your location, this will apply to us as well. For customers in remote areas or those who have experienced issues with courier services in the past, we recommend choosing the Local Depot Delivery option. All depots are equipped with forklifts to assist in loading your goods onto trucks, utes, or trailers.
